Train line closures Feb 2021

Network rail is making changes to the railway around Southampton to accommodate longer freight trains. For more details, see Southampton freight train lengthening scheme

Line closures

  • Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 February: The lines from Eastleigh to Brockenhurst, Romsey to Redbridge and St Denys to Woolston will be closed.
  • Monday 15 to Friday 19 February: The line from Southampton Central to Romsey and Brockenhurst will be closed.

Some train services will be altered or diverted and bus replacement services will operate throughout, except from Beaulieu Road. Check your journey at www.nationalrail.co.uk
