Pedal Cycle Theft Shawford Railway Station
Alert message sent 12/05/2017 14:54:08
Information sent on behalf of Hampshire Constabulary
On 1st May 2017 at 13:00 a unknown male has stolen a locked pedal cycle from the cycle racks outside Shawford railway station, Winchester.
Do you recognise this male?
If you do know him, can you please call 101, quoting crime reference 44170161751.
Alternatively you can also call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
The bike was properly secured, and the owner has provided the serial number.
Can I remind everyone please, to keep their bikes secured and write down the serial number and log it with www.immobilise.com.
I appreciate this will not stop the determined thief, but it makes identifying your bike against another of the same make a lot easier to recover it at a later date. It can also prove a person is on a stolen pedal cycle.
Thank you
PC 3145 Neil NANCARROW.
If you see anybody acting suspiciously call 101.
