The Annual Parish Council Meeting
This is the Annual Meeting of the Parish Council. By law, Councillors must elect one of their number to be chairman for the coming twelve months. The council must also appoint portfolio holders and representatives to external bodies. Most councils also choose to elect a vice-chairman.
