PARISH COUNCIL MEETINGS

The Parish Council will meet at 7.30pm on the following dates:

5 November 2013
7 January 2014
4 March 2014
6 May 2014
1 July 2014
2 September 2014
4 November 2014

An agenda, containing information on the venue, will be published on parish noticeboards and on the parish web site in the week prior to each meeting.

Members of the public are welcome to attend and, during the open session, to make statements and ask questions.

Notes:

At its meeting on 3 September 2013, the Parish Council decided to move to a schedule of meeting on the first Tuesday of every other month. The first Tuesdays of intervening months will be held available for additional single-topic meetings if important issues of community interest arise.

As well as the regular Parish Council meetings, the Parish Council gives its year end report at the Annual Parish Meeting in April every year.
