Note: For the avoidance of doubt, these two sites fulfil the criteria that (a) their owner might be prepared to make them available for affordable housing and (b) they are not ruled out on planning grounds. The Parish Council has not taken any decision about whether to investigate these sites any further.
Herewith is the updated site map and planning appraisal of the two remaining potential sites for Affordable Homes on Exception sites in Compton and Shawford Parish, namely B and C. Of the additional seven sites identified most recently, only B and C were deemed by the planners to have possible potential for Affordable Homes, subject to further investigation. The others proved to be unsuitable or unavailable.
