Local Plan Consultation November 2022

Winchester City Council has published the draft Winchester District Local Plan for public consultation. The consultation closes at 23:59 hours on Wednesday 14th December 2022.

The Plan covers key themes for Winchester including the climate emergency, affordable homes, and protecting and enhancing our natural environment.
