Regulation 17 – Consultation Statement regarding Supplementary Planning Document

Winchester City Council is consulting on a Village Design Statement (VDS) produced by Compton and Shawford Parish Council. The document will, when adopted, provide design guidance for development in Compton and Shawford and will supplement the Winchester District Local Plan Review (WDLPR 2006).  The document includes a statement of public consultation.

This document is available to view on the Council’s website, or may be inspected, free of charge, at Winchester City Council Planning Reception at City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester, SO23 9LJ (Please note that the reception is open from Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5.00pm, Fridays 8.30am – 4.30pm).

Copies may also be purchased from Winchester City Council (City Offices), price £5.

Respondents may request that they be notified of the adoption of the Compton and Shawford Village Design Statement and should include an address for such notification.
